How Twitter built this bar
Here’s a great video interview that social media rockstar Chris Brogan (@chrisbrogan) conducted on-the-spot with Joe Sorge, who runs AJ Bombers, a bar in Milwaukee, WI.
Joe explains how he used social media, and specifically Twitter, to build his customer base and humanize the bar’s online presence. Look closely at the Twitter info he prints on their menus. He also explains that he’s able to respond to good and not-so-good feedback he sees on Twitter, whether he’s on site or not.
Joe Sorge and AJ Bombers (on Twitter at @ajbombers) are living proof that social media was born for the restaurant biz! Take a look:
